Vintage Children Sepia Tags

Tag swap, size 8 tag, had to use sepia and incorporate photos of vintage children.
For the front of my tag I used lacey borders, art tape, photo, computer generated word, ribbons, and a paper punched ribbon slide held on by a plastic paper fastener.

On the back I used art tape, tissue tape, beaded fringe, buttons, another tag with photo and a metal circular paper clip to hold the smaller tag to the side of the larger tag.

Remove the circular metal paper clip, flip the small tag open to reveal two more photos, epehemera, ticket stubs, tissue tape, hand drawn scrolls, and more beaded fringe.

Altered Toy Frogs

We were sent two small toy frogs from a dollar store package and given one partner to mail out to.
I used alcohol inks, beads, sequins, and wire to alter my frogs.

Pumpkin Fairy Whimsy Doll

I started this doll class last spring/summer and dug out the pieces when I started on my queen of hearts doll. I don't think I have ever totally finished an online class yet, but I am determined.
This is the body of my pumpkin fairy, she still needs a crown, wings and a wand.

I of course decided to make 4 dolls at once because when you open paper clay, whatever you don't use up in about 2 weeks will harden up and be useless, so I decided to have different colors and here are my bodies so far and below you can see the heads for each. I think they are cute in a "gnomish" way?

Queen of Hearts Doll

Here is the base for my Queen of Hearts doll. I am moving pretty slow, but was attracted to the concept of very little sewing involved, no machine needed. wish me luck.
