Vintage Women ATC's

For this swap we were asked to combine photos and hand drawn elements. Women were to be depicted anywhere from the 1900's to the 1950's.  For my backgrounds I decided to draw fabric designs that coordinated with each year in fashion that I represented.  I used sharpie markers, stickers, paint marker, and vintage images.

Alice in Wonderland Dotee

This dotee was made as the first in a series for the dotee group at swap-bot.  Don't know if I will do the entire series, but am starting with good intentions. For my Alice I used felt, poly clay, sharpie markers, acrylic paint, matt collage pouge, ribbon, glass and plastic beads and shrink plastic.  The three images I shrank onto plastic were the "drink me", "eat me", and a portion of a queen of hearts card.

Pumpkin Fairies Finished

Finally finished my pumpkin fairy and her assorted colorful cousins.
Crowns, wings, robes, and the final piece - the wands.  For the wands I used a combination of glass, crystal,  and metal beads with 18 ga. copper wire.  Don't know what I am going to do with all these fairies but I am so tickled that they are done.

Rossette Wreath

Finally finished the wreath I started in class at the CKC scrapbooking convention in Collinsville, IL this June.  What an awesome convention!  I bought the expansion set to the wreath and it ended up about 20" across. The beauty of this kit was that the folds were all prescored.
