Altered Women Chunky Pages




4x4 chunky pages
This swap had a technique requirement - paint overs - start with black and white photo and paint over it to alter the appearance of each women.  This was challenging and I tried a bit of everything from crazy bright opaque colors to subtle soft transparent colors.  I used Collage Pauge, matt spray finish, border stickers, patterned paper, bling, buttons, paper flowers, beaded fringe, and an old piece of jewelry (the leaf pin on the green page, bottom right corner).

Winter Wonder Tag

I used patterned paper, washi tape, fibers, metal snowflake brads, self adhesive blue pearls, a vintage snowman ornament image, and 2 different sized paper rosettes which I tucked underneath the snowman. This swap was artist's choice for winter and since I love snowmen this was an easy choice for me.
