Matchbox Dressers - 2 drawer and 4 drawer

I started making matchbox dressers and found it rather addicting.  I used bright colorful scrapbook card stock to build the matchboxes with.  I took pieces of scrap mat board and covered them with solid colored card stock in coordinating colors to give my mini dressers more form and strength.

I lined the inside of each drawer with more scrapbook card stock. I used head pins to build the draw pulls and secured the ends of the head pins on the inside of each drawer.

Spiral Flowers

I made these out of cardstock by cutting freehand spirals and curling them up from the outside in and using tacky glue to secure them to what was the center or beginning of the spiral itself.  I have a plastic template for making these, but couldn't find it when I wanted to make these and found it a lot faster to just make them freehand rather than tracing and trying to cut on the lines.

Tetris Puzzle Cube - Origami

This piece took 180 sheets of paper.  I found all the instructions by Googling.  The outside shape that holds it all together I had to custom fit and found a You Tube video that did a real good job of making that easier to understand that the photo tutorial that I tried first.  I used 5 1/2" squares of colored xerox paper for the Tetris pieces and 11 1/2" squares of scrapbooking paper for the open window cube that holds it like a storage container.
