Altered books - image challenge

First image challenge.  This is still not done.  I used both ends of a large glue stick for circles and large dots. I used a pencil eraser and bamboo skewer for smaller dots.  I stamped across my photo and worked some smaller dot patterns across his skin.  Not sure what I will do next, I just know that it is not done.

Adding a magazine image, using foam brush and adding some brush strokes. Can't remember what I tried first, but it didn't work and so I went over it with the foam brush and got this more foilage looking effect.

Again using gesso through a stencil, adding a photo image from a magazine, lightly dragging color over and into the photo.

 Adding images with matte gel medium.  Carrying some of the color over into the photo so that it is more unified with the background.
