This swap was for swap-bot, the Somerset Studio group, everyone was sent a digital collage sheet and asked to create something using the images somehow in the style of art from Somerset Studio's magazine. The collage sheet was full of strips of floral ticket stubs. I decided to do a banner and used lots of pink and aqua, bling, borders, buttons, vintage bathing beauties, and paper flowers.

Monogram Rossette Medallion
This rossette was made for a swap-bot exchange and had to have at least 3 layers of rossettes. I am loving the aqua and pink patterned paper I used for this one and I added bling of course. I found some great textured pink ribbons and some small pink silk roses. The monogram I painted aqua and finished off with an aqua ribbon for hanging.

12 Days of Christmas Domino Challenge
I participated in the 12 Day of Christmas with the Domino Art Yahoo group. Everyone did one day and mailed out to everyone else. In July, the moderator asks everyone who had a collection to make something using all 12 dominoes, everyone in the group would then select their favorite. I created a banner from my collection and won the challenge and earned a badge for my blog and some unmounted rubber stamps from Stubby Stampers.

Seedy Garden People
This was a paper doll swap and the challenge was to use any combination of fruits, vegetables, or flowers to create a jointed paper doll. The doll was to be delivered in a seed packet so I used vintage seed packet images and made my own then came up with names that were combinations of the fruits, vegetables, and flowers that I used.
