This is for a 6/6 swap, mermaids - hand drawn or hand paintied. I used sharpie and copic markers, with a touch of clear star gelly roll pen by Sakura. I enjoy the mermaid theme and it was a challenge to come up with 6 different mermaids. Can't wait to see what everyone else came up with.

Anime Paper Child
These were created for a swap at the ATC's for All forum. They had to be 4"x6" and hand drawn. I used sharpie marker to add color. We were challenged to photograph our children in some kind of environment, so I took mine outside and stuck them among my plants.

Christmas Tree on a Wrist
This is one of the kits I picked up at the jewelry convention from Queen Bee Beads Etc. It caught my eye because it looked so "Christmas-y" and I adore all the fringing. The most amazing part about this piece is that I actually finished a project I picked up from a convention (not just within the same year, but within less than 2 months of the convention date, now that is truly amazing).

Doll Body
This cast was taken from a doll body that the teacher had. This time I used two different colors for each half. On the back half I used gold pearlx, gold foil flecks, and gold micro beads, but very small amounts. I also imbedded pierced metal roses in the buttocks and the upper back. I used green pearlx and gold micro beads on the front half. This piece will need a bit of filing to get a smooth joining.
