Valentine's Whimsy Jar

This was a swap done on swap-bot.  I used a jar I got from the dollar store and filled it with plastic, wood, glass, resin, and foam hearts, along with anything red or pink like ribbons, beads, and buttons.  I also had two plastic heart shaped boxes one of which I filled with small paper punched hearts in various sizes, and the other I filled with paper punched filigree hearts using a Martha Stewart punch. I sealed the heart shaped boxes with valentine themed washi tape.

Rock ford Red Heel Primates

Hand drawn swap for ATC's For All Forum.

I drew with a black Sharpie pen and colored with Bic permanent markers.

Nontraditional Colored Valentines

The requirement for this swap was to avoid pink and red as much as possible.  I used patterned papers, washi tape, vintage images, added lots of extra patterning with ultra fine line permanent markers, and for the l-o-v-e- on the purple atc I used chipboard stickers.
