I made myself a heart pattern that would be big enough to hold a 4" x 6" photo mat, then cut my pages from chipboard. I used patterned scrapbook paper, and lots of baby themed stickers.
On the right edge of each page I punched 5 holes and tied all kinds of pink ribbons and baby shaped charms like rattles, pacifiers, rocking horses, buggies, diaper pins, and baby blocks.
