This kusudama requires 40 sheets of paper and I folded this one using shades of pink so that I could use it as a centerpiece for a baby shower. I tied it with pink organza ribbon, so that after the shower, the expectant mother could take it home and hang it up if she wished. I filled a vase with clear marbles and pink buttons and then placed the kusudama into the vase ribbons going down inside.
To add more texture I punched little white flowers and glued them to the centers of each Venus piece and topped the flowers with mini pink buttons.
